• Ph.D. in Library Science will have an advantage.
• Candidates having 3rd division in the academic career need not apply. • Candidates should have minimum 10 years administrative experience holding senior position in a large institution or in a well known university.
• Substantial supervisory experience in academic or research library positions is needed. Knowledge on Information Technology (IT) in modernizing the library is essential and familiarity with a broad range of electronic resources, including research databases and Internet resource is required.
