I. Job Summary:

The Knowledge Management Coordinator is part of the SHOUHARDO II Senior Management Team and is located at CBHQ. The Knowledge Management Coordinator is overall responsible to produce high quality, reliable, and efficient information systems tailored to the needs of different levels of management and operational staff. S/he will promote the SHO II brand through developing vibrant relations with appropriate development agencies, both international and national; and production of high quality “relevant” material to generate interest in the development field.

II. Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Describe the major responsibilities, principal tasks, competencies and end results for which the position is accountable (try to limit responsibilities to five). List the responsibilities in the order of importance and state the percentage of time the employee spends on each responsibility during a typical year.

- Employees who supervise other regular employees on a continuous basis should have Staff Management as the number one Job Responsibility. The general rule of thumb for percentage of time for management of others is 5% per direct report. V. Qualification:

· 10 years professional experience at a senior management position in Knowledge Management and Learning

Others: The Knowledge Management Coordinator will also maintain close relations with USAID, as well as the implementing and technical partners, and when needed with the GoB.
